Crushing Injury’s Fabulous Follow-up

Back in the fall I posted a series of photos, sort of a "diary" of the healing of a bad crushing injury.  The last picture in the series looked pretty good, but this most recent picture is really gratifying.

Herc Aug 30This is the underside of the chest of Hercules, a big old Labrador retriever.  On the left is the "before", a few days after the injury, when the crushed and dying tissue had sloughed out.  On the right is the "after", how his chest looks today.
