Well, the treatment seems to be working, whether or not fiberglass is the actual cause of the problem. If you saw the original post, this picture will be familiar.
After three days, things are looking a lot better. The kitty isn't chewing or scratching herself anymore. So, I have my hopes up.

Aww, that looks like it really, really hurts! I hope the owner and the kitty appreciate your kind help. And I hope the kitty stays out of the attic for the rest of her life!

That poor kitty! Looks like it really hurts. I can't imagine how itchy she must have felt, and yet she kept coming back for more. Glad she's on the mend!
