Just found your blog and read your comments from September 4th. I think you hit the nail on the head and the Vet. I used at the time had the same compassion that I read in your comments. It must be a tough part of your job but you help more than you can imagine by explaining that feelings of grief for a pet are just as normal as losing a human family member. Thanks for the post.
